Robert Pattinson's favorite scene from 'New Moon' is the breakup scene between his character Edward Cullen and Kristen Stewart's character Bella. Pattinson spoke a bit about why the scene was so interesting to him at Comic Con this past week.
"I think my breakup scene was my favorite scene. I mean, hopefully it'll come off as having quite a few more levels than the relationship in 'Twilight'. It was interesting. It was like a five page long dialogue scene. That didn't happen at all in the first one and it's quite an interesting little moment. It completely bypasses all the supernatural elements of the story, as well, which I found quite interesting." Pattinson explained.

Hollywood.com tailed the New Moon cast at Comic-Con last Thursday recording almost everything they uttered (highly doubt that since I'm sure KStew was cursing the media for asking about the infamous Robsten chemistry during the press conference). You can read the entire list of quotes over here, but these are some of my personal favorites:
-Robert Pattinson, on filming his 'apparition work' in New Moon
in a good way."
-Chris Weitz, on Taylor Lautner
Kristen Stewart: We played catch.
Lautner: Kristen and I played catch all the time and she has a really good arm. She's extremely accurate. I don't know how I got on this. She's extremely accurate. The grapes.
Stewart: Oh, yeah. I can throw a grape from across the room and he'll catch it in his mouth.
Lautner: So maybe a little bit talented at opening my mouth and aiming it at a falling grape, but she places it in like the perfect spot. It's so weird. So we keep ourselves busy."
- Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart,
on how they spend their on-set downtime
Eclipse Twifans want to know: Where in and around Vancouver are the stars going to land? What locations will host the vampires' lusty adventures and his prey's tremulous urges?
Naturally, location managers shy away from revealing to the media, as well as devotees, where they will shoot scenes in public places.
In the case of Eclipse locales will be guarded as closely as the Crown Jewels, because once word gets out, those sites will be swarmed with you know who.
The whole he said/she said thing is growing tiresome at this point. Fans are rallying behind Rachelle with petitions, emails, facebook groups etc. With Eclipse rehearsals starting next week people need to accept and embrace that Bryce = the new Victoria.
Here's E!s take on the whole situation:
We don't care if Summit is a mean studio that unfairly cannedRachelle Lefevre, or if Lefevre is a contract-breaking actress who was rightly cut by Summit. The lawyerscan sort out the definitions. The bottom line is Lefevre's out, Howard's in, and we can Count Dracula all the way up to five when it comes to why the move will enliven the undead franchise.
4. Pattinson and Stewart Can Take Five: Could our Twilight lovers have looked any more miserable at Comic-Con? Could they be any happier that Howard has been sucked into the fanggirl vortex and, for at least a few days, obscured all other doings in the Twilight zone?
Will they finally lighten up, and enjoy the ride?
Well, all right, let's not go crazy.
Still, even if the Howard story gives Pattinson and Stewart just five minutes of rest and relaxation, then that's five more minutes than the couple has had in the past eight months. And happy and relaxed stars can go a long way in making for happy and relaxed movie sets. And while this is not to say that tense movie sets don't produce great movies, too, we think if Pattinson and Stewart get any more glum, theTwilight vampires will have a hard time keeping their trademark sparkle.
Now you can have Twilight 365 days of the year! For now I've only got the cover image, but rest assured as soon as the other images are released I'll be all over them. The calendar will be released on August 4th for $16.99 and can be pre-ordered at Borders.

ReelzChannel has got the scoop on a new line of Twilight inspired makeup. Twilight Beauty, a new cosmetics brand themed after the The Twilight Saga (maybe you've heard of it?), will launch two lines this fall in coordination with the release of New Moon on November 20: Luna Twilight and Volturi Twilight. According to the press release:
Luna Twilight reflects the mood and spirit of the saga's iconic female characters, presenting a collection that creates a harmonious blend between soft, natural beauty and stunning, fierce splendor. Notable products from the Luna Twilight line include First Light Body and Face Glow for radiant illumination and Gleam Metallic Mascara for captivating lashes.
Volturi Twilight offers entry into Twilight's exclusive coven through use of the Volturi family crest as the brand's logo. The line features Foreshadow Primer, an ultra-sheer eye base that provides the ultimate prep for a smoother, crease-proof eye shadow application that is coupled with loose glitter dust, called Labrynth Shadows. The highly pigmented loose powder shadows and the lid primer are housed in stackable pots, providing the ability to mix and match the colors to create personal, one-of-a-kind eye shadow favorites.
Luna Twilight will be available September 15, 2009, at Dillard's and Nordstrom. Volturi Twilight will be available September 15, 2009, through specialty retailers. Both lines will be sold at TwilightBeauty.com (which is not yet up and running). I'll be sure to let you know when it is though...haha.
With Cam Gigandet's ruthless tracker gone for the sequel, Rosenberg instead found herself sinking her screenwriting teeth into Lefevre's vengeance-minded vamp. "In the book, that was about Bella's point of view," she explained, admitting that keeping the events of the "Twilight" films to what Kristen Stewart's character can see is a difficult task. "You can't violate that to see what Victoria is up to."
MTV has a new video from Comic-Con in which Kristen, Taylor and Ashley talk about their roles in the film this time around. On another note, I really hate KStew's mullett that she's been rocking for her Joan Jett movie, The Runaways.

Courtesy of ReelzChannel we get their take on the 5 must-have scenes that need to make it into the movie. My personal favorite is the tent scene from the following chapter:
Chapter 22 "Fire and Ice"
In this fan-favorite chapter, Edward and Jacob have a man-to-man talk and come to a Bella-related compromise. They're not quite friends, but they're almost there and no longer want to rip each other's head off. Any scene that will allow Robert Pattinson to talk about Edward's jealousy and love for Bella is bound to be a crowd pleaser. We can already hear the contented sighs from his legions of female fans as he stares moodily into the camera...
You can read the rest of their suggestions over here.

You might want to turn the volume down for this one (lots of screaming).

THE TWILIGHT SAGA ADDS ACTRESS BRYCE DALLAS HOWARD TO FILM FRANCHISE
Actress Rachelle Lefevre Will Be Replaced By Howard In The Role Of Victoria
Los Angeles – July 28, 2009 – Summit Entertainment announced today that Bryce Dallas Howard will take over the role of “Victoria” in the studio’s upcoming production of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE. Actress, Rachelle Lefevre, who portrayed the character in TWILIGHT as well as the upcoming release of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON, will not continue in the role due to scheduling conflicts with another commitment the actor has made. THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE will start filming in Vancouver this coming August.
THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE, the third film in the studio’s TWILIGHT film franchise based on Stephenie Meyer’s blockbuster book series, will be directed by David Slade from a screenplay written by Melissa Rosenberg. The film will be released theatrically in North America on Wednesday, June 30, 2010.
“We are incredibly happy that Bryce has agreed to come into the franchise,” said Erik Feig, Summit’s President of Worldwide Production and Acquisitions. “Rachelle brought “Victoria” to great screen life and Bryce will bring a new dimension to the character. The franchise is lucky to have such a talented actress as Bryce coming in to fill the role.”
Howard most recently starred in TERMINATOR SALVATION as Kate Connor and has been seen in SPIDER-MAN 3, LADY IN THE WATER, and THE VILLAGE. She was nominated for a Golden Globe for her leading performance as an actress in the HBO film AS YOU LIKE IT.
In THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger as Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob — knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella is confronted with the most important decision of her life.
It's pretty done. It has to be done. It has to come out on November 20. Which means we sort of have to hand it over October 30. Which means the picture has to lock August 30. And so in a few weeks it'll be locked, the visual effects are in good shape, all the R&D on the more complicated, more ephemeral effects is being completed.
7. Kristen Stewart can't wait to have Rob Pattinson's baby! (Just kidding.) When asked what scene she's most looking forward to filming over the course of Eclipse and Breaking Dawn, Stewart let out a spoiler of sorts. "I can't wait to get pregnant!" Stewart joked, referring to her character's storyline. Pattinson's response: "I can't wait to perform the Cesarian." Taylor's most anticipated scene? The one where he gets to strip naked and cuddle with Bella in a sleeping bag, naturally.
